Pop-ups
If you are using pop-up ad "killer" software while surfing the internet, you probably are not seeing our pop-up box that loads with the front page, announcing the upcoming Sunday's sermon topic and scripture lessons, or the pop-up poster that occasionally is shown on the Calendar page. You may want to temporarily disable that feature when browsing our website to experience all of its available features. (Note: If you can not read the box within 60 seconds and it closes, you can refresh the home page and it will reappear.)
Calendars
Clicking on a calendar link on the Calendar (announcements) page will open a new window containing the calender image. Please note that in newer browsers, the image may load properly but be automatically reduced in size to fit your screen. In that case, you will need to expand the image. In Internet Explorer, hold the mouse pointer over the image for a second or two, and watch for a box with arrows to appear in the lower right hand corner. Click on that box, and the image should enlarge and be legible.
Viewing tips
Having a problem reading the text? Change your browser's text size: In Netscape, go to View/ Increase Font, or use CTRL + ] keys. In Internet Explorer, go to View/Text Size, or if you have a scrolling wheel mouse, hold down CTRL key while rolling wheel.
Another viewing tip is in Internet Explorer on a PC: by pressing the F11 key, you can hide the toolbar and enlarge the browser window. Press F11 again to return to a normal window. This especially improves viewing on smaller screens.
